dance for health
Dance can a powerful component of wellbeing, source of fitness, social activity and self expression - accessible to all. If you can move, we believe you can dance.
We are currently undergoing research to develop an evidence-base for dance as a treatment for mental illness and trauma recovery. This will happen through funding from the Dance Therapy Association of Australasia via the Hanny Exiner Memorial Foundation, in accordance with the DTAA's Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct.
In the future, we are looking to expand our services to offer NDIS support to individuals with disabilities, with the hope to make the benefits of dance accessible to more individuals. To inquire about the services currently available please contact us here.
